I really liked the clean bathrooms and the cool lounge on the 10th floor. The separate gender areas. But, it was a bummer being out of my capsule for 4 hours daily for cleaning.

Lockers and bedrooms on different floors made it inconvenient!!! Lack of space for day packs near beds was frustrating!!! Uncomfortable pillows caused neck pains!!! Curtain design didn't offer privacy!!! USB charging ports slow!!!

great lounge area

cleaning schedule

The location was incredibly convenient, right next to the train station, making travel easy. I loved the lounge area with the amazing view, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring!

The cleaning schedule required us to be out of our capsules for several hours each day.

the elevators are completely unmanageable and I had to endure long waits, which was just delightful. Also, the pillows were like rocks—so thoughtful of them to provide those. I almost considered a good review but I expected at least some special treatment, especially for navigating all these inconveniences. A total letdown.

Staying here was perfect for me since I could easily walk to notable places like Nagoya Castle, which is just almost 2 km away, and Meijo Park, a beautiful space not too far off, making my city strolls even more enjoyable. the nearby cafes had a great range of coffees that made my mornings truly special.
